Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Spine & Glow Co. is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

All sales are final. Spine & Glow Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing items, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
