We take great pride in the quality of our items and packaging. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will be happy to review your request.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been marked as fulfilled and handed over for delivery.
