Shipping policy
At Spine & Glow Co., we carefully prepare and package every bookish bundle with intention and care before it is shipped to you.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that these are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted third-party carriers. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier and marked as fulfilled, Spine & Glow Co. is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment and contact the carrier if there are any issues with delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Spine & Glow Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Spine & Glow Co. is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
